Velocity is an exciting social enterprise in the heart of Inverness where we work to promote healthy, happy lifestyles through cycling and to bring our local community together in a vibrant space: our café and bicycle workshop.
We are currently looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join the team and assist the current management team in the day to day operations of the business.
We expect our new Café Supervisor to be as passionate about Velocity’s values as we are. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player, with a proven track record in hospitality to help us continue to deliver a great experience for our customers, as well as ensuring the efficient running of the cafe.
Strong barista skills along with previous experience in a keyholder position are essential for this role as is a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to communicate well with our team members.
