Warehouse Worker
Responsibilities:
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations
- Pick and pack orders for shipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We require a late shift warehouse operative to work Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 8:00pm. This will include a one hour lunch break. The applicant must possess a flexi forklift licence, be proficient in both organising items that are to be loaded on vehicles for delivery the following day and also preparing the warehouse for the subsequent days picking.
The foundations of our current team have been with us for many years, however, due to company expansion we have recently recruited new members of staff that have become pivotal to our success. We are an inclusive company that does place an emphasis on working as a team and for each other.
The successful applicant will receive an annual salary of £26,000 per year.
