We currently have a vacancy for a Takeaway Assistant to join our busy Going Greek restaurant in Holloway. The restaurant is fashionable and popular with an excellent reputation. Serving authentic Greek street food at affordable prices, we offer both indoor and al fresco dining which keeps our clients returning time after time. If you want to work for a company that looks after and cares for its staff whilst upholding outstanding customer service, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and polite telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise orders in a timely fashion
- Deal with customer requests and queries
- Liaise with delivery partners and kitchen staff regarding food orders
Requirements
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods
- Great teamwork ethic
